Opening

3.    Set Up and Turn on Point of Sale

4.    Restock/Prep Glassware, Bottles and Snacks

5.    Arrange and Wipe down tables and chairs (as needed)

7.    Check Bathrooms for Cleanliness and adjust as needed

 

Once Open

 

1.    Check Everyone for Legal Drinking Age - Card Everyone!

2.    Wines by the glass, flight or bottle

3.    Encourage Posting on Social (Instagram: @star.party.winery)

4.    Inquire about space and potential improvements

5.    Last Call - 30 mins before close

6.    Buy a Glass and then a Bottle, 10% off on the Bottle.

7.    Book the Space for Special Event

 

Closing

 

1.    Collect all Trash

2.    Arrange and Wipe down tables and chairs

3.    Sweep/Mop as needed

4.    Wipe down all Bathrooms surfaces and remove trash.

5.    Mop/Swiffer Bathroom Floors

7.    Shut down All Audio/Visual Items

8.    Adjust Room Temperature

9.    Take Trash Outside

10.          Turn Off Lights & Lock Doors
